Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Nexus platform and website services, provided by 53Alpha ("we", "us"). By creating an account or signing an order, you agree to them. If anything here conflicts with a signed order, the order wins. [Registered company details to follow.]

Nexus provides website hosting and management, lead capture and CRM, content and campaign tooling, and reporting, per the tier you subscribe to. New capabilities land on tiers as they ship. We aim for continuous availability and monitor the platform around the clock, but no online service can promise zero interruption.

Keep your login details safe and tell us promptly if you suspect misuse. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for making sure anything you ask us to publish is yours to publish and lawful.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance at the published price for your tier. Website build and migration work is quoted separately before any work begins. Prices exclude VAT where applicable. If a payment fails, we will notify you and retry before anything is suspended.

Nexus drafts marketing content for you, but nothing publishes without your approval. You review every draft; approving it is your instruction to publish. Declined drafts are not published.

You confirm that material you supply (text, images, brand assets) does not infringe the rights of any third party. We may decline to publish content that is unlawful or that we reasonably believe could harm you or others.

Your website content, your customer records and your published material belong to you. The Nexus platform, its code and its designs belong to us. We process personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

You can cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the billing period. Your domain stays yours. We will export your content and CRM data in a standard format on request, and keep your site live for a reasonable handover period agreed with you.

We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or issues caused by third-party services, your content, or events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. If a change is material, we will notify you by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: hello@53nexus.com. We reply within 24 hours.
